BOOKING DETAILS

£100 deposit per person is required to confirm your booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure when you will be sent a receipt. Payments should be made by Party Leader with a single cheque.

BOOKING CONDITIONS and IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SKI COOL LTD

  • 1/ Deposit of £100 per person must be sent to reserve a place in the chalet. An invoice and booking form will be sent by return.

  • 2/ Total cost of holiday must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. We shall remind you in good time. If you book the holiday within 8 weeks of departure the total cost must be paid at the time of booking.

  • 3/ If you book at the last minute, or arrive in Meribel at short notice, we may ask for payment in in cash or in bankers draft.

  • 4/ If for any reason you cancel your holiday, the following cancellation charges may apply.

  • More than 8 weeks before departure: Loss of deposit

  • Less than 8 weeks before departure : 40% of total

  • Less than 4 weeks before departure : 50% of total

  • Less than 2 weeks before departure : 100% of total

  • 5/ We shall do everything we possibly can to make your holiday a success. We reserve the right however, to make necessary changes, and we cannot be held responsible for events outside our control.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings

No contract will exist until we have confirmed the booking with you by means of an invoice.

Payment

We reserve the right to cancel bookings and keep deposits without further reference to guest if monies are not paid according to terms in the booking conditions.

Brochure information

Although we take care to see that the particulars in all our written information are correct, we are not liable for any changes that may occur betaeen the time of printing and the time the guests go on holiday. At the same time carriers providing transportation accept no responsibilityfor the content of our information.

Client Indemnity

The person making the booking shall indemnify against all actions, loss, damages and costs which may arise out of any claim by any person ( such as the chalet owner), as a consequence of any cancellationof holiday.

We shall not cancel a hoilday or other travel arrangements after the date when final paymentis due, unless it is necessary to do so for reasons out of our control. the reasons include war, political unrest, strikes, act of god, epidemics riots civil unrest industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural or technical disasters, closures of ports and airports, or unless a client defaults in the payment of monies due. If for reasons outside of our control it becomes necessary to cancel a holiday on or before the final payment is due we shall offer a refund of all monies paid.

Weather Conditions

While trying at all times to maintain carriers schedules, we are not liable for delays caused by bad weather conditions which may hold up flights and ferry services, and cause severe road traffic congestion.

Proper Law Contract

The Contract is governed by the law of the United Kingdom and the parties thereto submit to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts in determination of any matter arising under the contract.
