The genders in FrenchMasculine and FeminineIn French all nouns will be either masculine or feminine and there is no neutral. There are no real rules to help you decide which article to use, there are statiscally more masculine than feminine pronouns. You will be given examples to assist in deciding the gender at a later stage.
