Reserving a hotel room

This is your first real conversation in French. In these scenarios, you arrive at a hotel would like to book a room at the reception.

If you are travelling to France, it may be very useful for you to learn some of the phrases.

-Good day Sir. Do you have a room for tonight, with breakfast? - Yes Sir, for how many people? My husband and I. How much is it please? 500 francs  with a double bed and 600 for two single beds.	- Bonjour Monsieur. Avez-vous une chambre de libre, pour cette nuit, avec petit dejeuner? -  Oui Monsieur, pour combien de personnes? Mon mari et moi. C'est combien s'il vous plait? - 100 Euro pour une chambre avec un grand lit et 120 Euro pour une chambre à deux lits.

Good evening, one room please. -Of course Madame, top floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower? -Oh, super, how much? -700 francs with a shower and 900 with a bath. OK, can you take my luggage up? - Yes, Madame. At what time do you serve breakfast? - From 6.30 to 10 o'clock. Thank you.	Bonsoir, une chambre s'il vous plait. - Bien sur Madame, au dernier étage, avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel? Oh, super, combien? - 200 Euro avec douche et 230 avec bain. D'accord, pouvez-vous monter mes bagages? -Oui, Madame. A partir de quelle heure servez-vous le petit-dejeuner? -De 6.30  à 10 heures. Merci.

Bonjour = good day, good morning or good afternoon.
The French do not pronounce the "h" of hotel, so just say "O-tel".
Grand lit= Double bed, deux lits= two single beds.
10 heures= 10 hours, in English it is 10 o'clock, the French generally use the 24 hour clock.
