As the famous vine yards of Burgundy are just over the hill, it is a great opportunity for you to taste and drink these great wines. Our wine list is quite impressive and well chosen.  If you are unfamiliar with these wines, we will gladly guide you to choosing a wine which will accompany your meal. As the choice is so vast many people become easily confused, so we have selected some of the better of the best. Hotel Chateau la Chassagne is a few minutes drive from Nuits St Georges, Gevrey Chambertain and the Clos de Vogeot and then the famous towns of Beaune, Mersault and Volnay.

We are also very proud with our own domain wines, which will soon be available to clients. After more than 100 years of absence, the current owner of the Chateau has recently replanted red and white grapes in the original vine yards. Much work and effort has been accomplished, as the land had been completely overtaken by woodlands. The Chateau is now producing quality wine in it's own oak barrels...
