Except where noted, generally your orders can be shipped on the day following the day payment was received. We ship via UPS or La Poste unless special arrangements are made. You will be charged shipping based upon the weight of the products ordered including their packaging plus a small fee.

To ensure the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returns on any food or drink products. We also do not accept returns on special orders. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

On all other items, we will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase provided that you contact us and authorize the return. All returns will be shipped at the expense of the customer, except in the case of an error on our behalf. We will refund your product purchase price upon receipt of the product(s).
